Instructions

Preheat oven to 190 ° C
Put the fresh bread into the bowl, pour water enough to cover it and let it soak for a minute. Then drain and broke the bread into small pieces, put in a larger bowl and mix with the other ingredients.
From the prepared mixture, form the meatballs and arrange them on the baking paper. Place in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes.
Meanwhile, in the larger bowl heat the tomato sauce. When the meatballs are ready, put them in the sauce and let it cook on low heat for 25-30 minutes.
Cut the buns, fill with the prepared meatballs (about three meatballs per bun), add a little bit of tomato sauce and serve.

4 slices of bread
1 kg of ground beef
3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
¼ cup (60 g) of parsley, finely chopped
¼ cup (60 g) of grated Parmesan cheese + 1 cup (240 g) for serving
1 and ½ teaspoon of salt
1 and ½ teaspoon of pepper
4 large eggs
½ cup (120 g) of bread crumbs
In addition you will need:
tomato sauce that you have previously prepared to your taste
