Thai chicken skewers
There is something special in this meat on sticks, right?
Skewers are an indispensable part of every grill and we love them in all variations. This time we bring you a touch of exoticism - chicken skewers prepared in a Thai way.
In bowl, combine zest and lime juice, coriander stems, sugar, fish sauce, oil, garlic, ginger and curry paste.
Chicken breasts cut lengthwise into four strips and place in a bowl with the rest of the ingredients. Stir and allow the chicken to marinate in the refrigerator for at least two hours.
Sticks for skewers put into the bowl with water and let them soak for at least half an hour.
Marinated chicken put on sticks.
Preheat the grill (or grill pan) on medium-strong temperature and cook skewers for 4-5 minutes on each side.
Before serving, sprinkle the skewers with coriander leaves, open Staropramen beer and get it. :)
juice of 4 limes + zest of 1 lime
1 bunch of chopped coriander (particularly separate chopped stems of the leaves)
2 tablespoons (10 g) of brown sugar
1 teaspoon of fish sauce
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1 teaspoon of finely chopped ginger
2 teaspoons of curry paste
8 pieces of chicken breast (without skin).
